LMI Custom Mixing Announces Promotions

LMI Custom Mixing, a manufacturer of polymer compounds, announces the promotion of 5 associates.

Wes Harding of Cambridge and Chuck Stephen of Barnesville have each been promoted from floor production to shift champion. They will assist in managing production operations including material inventory, production scheduling, resolving quality issues, scrap reduction and providing direction to hourly employees. Harding joined LMI in 1999 and Stephen in 1998.

Jeff Gadd of Chandlersville has been promoted from shift champion to shipping team leader where he will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations. Gadd joined LMI in 2006.

Jim Hollingsworth of Byesville has been promoted from team leader to R&D lab technician. He will be responsible for material testing, recordkeeping, laboratory maintenance and writing technical reports. Hollingsworth joined LMI in 2014.

Ben Price of Cambridge has been promoted from R&D lab technician to maintenance technician. He will maintain and repair equipment to ensure all production lines are operating in accordance to company standards. Price joined LMI in 2007.
